# LogicPearl Shadow-Mode Pilot

A LogicPearl pilot runs beside the customer's current process on a bounded set of historical cases. Production systems, queues, and live decisions remain unchanged.

## Inputs

- A bounded batch of historical cases.
- The payer policies those cases were decided under.
- A reviewer or policy owner who can explain how the team interprets those policies.

## Output

The pilot returns a case-level readout that shows where LogicPearl agrees with historical reviewer decisions, where it disagrees, and why. Each disagreement includes the policy rule, evidence span, and source policy text.

## Data Handling

The pilot can run on de-identified cases or inside the customer's controlled environment. LogicPearl does not require a hosted SaaS dependency or phoning home. The customer can own the runtime artifacts, traces, and readout.

## Pricing

The public site intentionally does not publish standard pricing. Pilot scope depends on workflow, case volume, data availability, policy set, security requirements, and evaluation design.
